This test allows you to make a diagnosis of addiction. Please answer all 7 questions: each positive answer equals 1 point (YES=1, NO=0).
The test relates to remembered behaviour over the last 12 months.
If you are taking medication from the benzodiazepine group and have scored 3 points or more, this entitles you to a diagnosis of dependence syndrome.
